I ordered 2 pairs of slippers from this company on November 9 over the internet!! foolishly I expected them by Christmas. They responded to my email with "your account will be charged when the items are shipped".

My account was charged on Dec. 14th and I have not recieved the slippers. They have not responded to my inquiring emails. I am furious to finally read here where others have been taken the same way I was!! What can we do now?

Oh yea, as I noticed another customers comments regarding their finally receiving the order--one thing seemed strange inside my packaging was a receipt for the slippers but at twice the original cost. However, my account has yet to be charged for this amount or for a second time.

Thanks to one note from a disgruntled but finally satisfied customer, I, too, bugged them often regarding my order. They NEVER responded to my persistent and various e-mails but on January 18, 2002, I finally rec'd the 2 pairs of slippers I had ordered November 2nd and charged for in December. Hm m m, maybe persistence does pay off . . .
