Oh yea, as I noticed another customers comments regarding their finally receiving the order--one thing seemed strange inside my packaging was a receipt for the slippers but at twice the original cost. However, my account has yet to be charged for this amount or for a second time.

Thanks to one note from a disgruntled but finally satisfied customer, I, too, bugged them often regarding my order. They NEVER responded to my persistent and various e-mails but on January 18, 2002, I finally rec'd the 2 pairs of slippers I had ordered November 2nd and charged for in December. Hm m m, maybe persistence does pay off . . .
