I have ordered from J.D.Marvel Products Inc.their "Super Mini Ear". Local newpaper advertisement; Parade section of the "Star Ledger".
They deposited my check for $15.75 on September 20, 2001. I have not received the product. I have written them three times and they had the nerve to send me only their
catalog.
I tried to get a phone number, but their company is not listed in Champlain, NY.
Obviuosly this company is fraudulent and should be investigated. Certainly mail fraud is obvious.
Buyer beware of J.D. Marvel Products Inc. Champlain, NY.
