Had an emergency situation and had to leave town due to vandalized previous car and stolen money and had to get out of town ASAP. So, I went to JD Byrider. Ended up getting a 2003 Chevy Malibu.... ....for $401 a MONTH. $150 in interest monthly. Complete ripoff. I've had to fix so many things on the car, and can't get it refinanced anywhere or out of the car at all because it costs so much. I've been paying on it for almost 2 years, and apparently only have $3000 paid on it, $9000 left. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I can't save money at all because of it. Whenever I call and request information about the car or how I could trade it in for something more reliable, or even information about the car to figure out how to pay it off faster, I get very vague, rude responses. The staff is very off putting, and they make you feel uncomfortable. If your payment isn't taken off your card a half hour after they open they call you and everyone they know REPEATEDLY until you answer and leave countless voicemails. Clearly I know my payment is due, it's not overdue, so QUIT CALLING. I will get it paid. My family feels harassed and I do too. I have a baby on the way and this car is super unreliable. I got ripped off royally on the price, the car is junk, and the staff doesn't even try to help. Fed up. It's making my credit worse, making it hard for me to pay for other things and pay other things off, and I'm extremely frustrated.

If the price was too high, why did you buy the car?  If you are so, so regular on making your payments on time, why are they calling others?  Oh yes, one more thing...you are a SUBPRIME borrower with a high interest rate which YOU gave to YOURSELF by developing a reputation of NOT paying your bills on time.  For ANY car loan, interest is paid down FIRST then the principle is paid down.  Its called amortization.  Its done everyday, everywhere.

Let me save you time and effort.  Don't bother writing back, "You must work for them", because I don't!
