Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I bought a 2001 Olds. Silhouette. Well it has been only 5 months and it is making crazy sounds while the A/C runs. It can even be felt on the gas pedal. Also my ABS light is on and the fuel and heat gauge are acting funny.

I called JD Byrider and they told me that none of this is covered. So what am I to do. I don't want to be stuck with this van that could break down. I just found this site by accident and can not believe all the complaints on this company. But I needed a vehicle and no one would finance me. So what do I do? Also can they give me a loaner car?

Thank you for any response I receive

The same sort of problems happen to me when I had purchaced my 1995 Cutlass Supreme the alternator went and the battery had made all the gauges in my car go funny. Since I had the extended warrenty I called the 1800 number on the contract that is given to me. They told me to pay for the work and they will reinburse me the complete work because it was covered in the warrenty. Which they did the next day. If it is not covered you should look around for someone who is going to do the work for a resonable price. You have to face it if you buy a car you need to be able to pay for the things that may go wrong. I understand that you buy it from a dealership and you think it is going to be the best. But remeber that this is used and the car was massed produced by a machine and you take your chances when you buy any car. Just take it in stride and pay the bill for it
