my car has been in the shop more than i have driven it. my car was towed to jd byrider 12/26/03. jd byrider had my car there since 01/12/04. picked up mu car that evening around 8:00pm. towed back to them for the same problem. i just received my car back 02/17/04 the car still runs like crap. you always get the run around there when you have car trouble.
this is the 5th service manager i had to deal with since i had the car since 1/16/03. my car is there like every other month if not longer. but if you are one day late on you payment you get about 10 calls from everyone in the finance department. if you tell them you will bring in the payment and do not the calls start back the next day but with them threating you to repo your car and report you to the credit bureau as bad payments. why should i pay for a car that is not running properly. and they are a big rip off. THEY OVER CHARGE YOU FOR THE VEHICLES AND THE ARE NOTHING BUT JUNK.

this report is 100% correct. you are told not to tell the buyers the price of the car if they are not purchasing the car.the buyers find out the price when it is time to sign the paper work. they also only put so much towards the car and the rest towards the interest.and they charge you 23.90 percentage rate about $5000-$6000 in finance charge.they really need to be shut down. i was fired due to the fact i tried to help this particular buyer out.she is a single mom of three trying to get back on her feet.it was within the 45 day period to get out of your contract.so every complaint they is on this company. from all over the world is 100%true.they need to be shut down and the people compensated in some way.
