I would like to join in on the class action suit if I can get the information as to whom I need to get ahold of. I have had nothing but problems with my van since I have gotten it. Not counting the breaks needed to be replaced before I bought the vehicle and they refused to fix the AFTER my husband signed the paperwork. My driverside window will not roll up, the water hose went out on it 4 days after I bought the vehicle. Then I also have them calling me everyday at home. My husband almost lost his job because of them calling him at work AFTER we both had told them not to call him at work, since all of his calls are taped. He got suspended from work for 2 weeks the last time they called, which meant he didn't get a paycheck and they STILL wanted us to make the payment! Now how business like is that? Plus! They really over priced this van. When we bought it, it had 96,000 miles on it and wanted $7,000 for it. And of course according to them, that was the only vehicle they had for us. So of course we took it since we were without a vehicle. After the interest, the price went up to $13,000!!!!! I could have bought a new vehicle for that price! WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!

first of all i feel sorry for anyone that has been riped off buy these die hard cheaters not regulated by the law, because there is NO lemon law for used cars.Just because people have gone through tuff times one time or another doesn't mean these types of dealers should be allowed to rip people off with their junk and get away with it.Clean up your credit you say and buy new! Well what happens when you have to deal with companys like this, does that mean they have the right to scam you? Well the only thing i can say is to report any rip off to your states Attorney General. There needs to be new laws to take care of car lots "buy here pay here". Also remember just because it looks like a new car because its all clean and shinny doesn't mean its going to last you the loan of the car. These types of car dealers are in business to make money thats their job even if they have to rip you off.GOOD LUCK
