after calling jc penny card customer to make my monthly payment as i have always done, some how they did not type in my right acc number, so my understanding is my payment was returned by my bank, this happened 2 times in a row, so now they are trying to scalp me with late fees and we have called and called to get this fixed and that it was thier fault and not ours and we get into a heated chat, they have accused us of lieing about our phone calls to them and giving them the wrong acc number but yet they took 1 payment by phone with the same acc number and also an auto pay from the same acc, they call any where from 7;00 am to 10;30 pm on sat and sun, they call nonstop, they are trying to scalp us for what ever they can with no cooperation from any one at all, im sick of them please help

When you noticed the payment did not post from your bank account, why didn't you call immediately to see what happened???
