JBC Legal Group P.C. Ripoff trying to collect bogus claims Bloomfield New Jersey
The claim we received from JBC Legal Group relates to nothing we are aware of. A very scary, formal demand to pay a debt from Fleet National Bank.
We called the contact at JBC Legal The contact lady listed in the letter was not available.
We were transferred several times to different people. One gentleman tried to help us.
We asked what the supposed debt was and what it related to.
The response was "It is only on the computer screen." There was no detail as to who, what, when, or where.
A visit to our local branch of Fleet National Bank, resulted in a couple of hours of phone calls to different divisions and people with account information trying to find a default in debt as alleged.
Fleet National Bank has no record of such debt outstanding.
We have requested documentation from JBC, but doubt there is any for this blatant attempt collect money when none is due.
