Javitch, Block Rathbone, (Jacob Figelman) use a bogus business when listing the address for Capital One Bank in their Motion for Summary Judgement. AFTER my husband was garnished by Javith Block LLC, my daughter noticed that the address given for Capital One Bank was different on the Motion for Summary Judgement then on a follow up letter which gave correct address
After researching this bogus address this is what I found- 2001 Maywill Street Richmond Va. 23230 is listed to a BOGUS BUSINESS listing
( LISTING ONLY) " Capital One Services Inc." There is only one listing I could find- it's on an online industrial business listing site" Mac Raes Blue Book."
There is NO Capital One Bank or, their subsidiary, Capital One Services Inc. at 2001 Maywill St. There is NO SUCH BUSINESS " Capital One Services Inc." at this address, listed with the Treasury Dept, the FDIC, FTC, S.E.C., BBB of Richmond, or the Richmond Va. telephone directory. Although Capital One Bank does have SEVERAL branches and offices in Richmond Va. This bogus Capital One Services Inc, is not associated with them. I called Capital One Bank to check.
The fake "Capital One Services Inc" listed on MacRae's Blue Book gives the contact phone # 804-290-5089 and a website promoting different credit cards- none of them with Capital One Bank (USA) N.A.- I checked this with the real Capital One Bank. This is NOT their site or authorized by them. This is NOT one of their phone numbers.
When you call the "contact ph.# you get an answering machine, a recording- No Business or persons name is identified- just directions to leave a message.
Reverse phone number check for bogus contact # 804-290-5089 is listed as belonging to a Jim Reinhart "employer"- Capital One, unknown position with company, address 6610 Broad Street Richmond Va 23230.
Checking Jim Reinhart 6610 Broad St Richmond Va. I found that he is a FORMER "Capital One employee" and is now VICE PRESIDENT of Genworth Life
Insurance Co 6610 Broad Street Richmond Va.
WHY DOES JAVITCH, BLOCK, RATHBONE LLC USE AN ADDRESS FOR CAPITAL ONE BANK THAT IS LINKED TO, a bogus business listing,bogus website,and a phone number listed to an EX Cap. One employee now Vice President of A LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY ?????????????????
I actually found Civil money cases from Fairview Municipal Court on a google search of 2001 Maywill Street. These cases involve Judgement awards and garnishments to Javich Block Rathbone LLC where they listed this bogus address fo their Plaintiff Capital One Bank.
Does anyone know if my husband can sue these collection attorneys for fraud? Or if any legal action can be taken? Thanks for your advise.
