Jason Brown ripoff Sent damaged camera PO won't pay insurance He won't pay me back Guntersville Alabama
On March 31, 2003 I purchased a digital camera for $507.00 from Jason Brown on eBay. I paid through PayPal. It took over a month for the camera to arrive. It was damaged. The PO did an investigation and said that the package was not damaged. The PO said the seller probably sent a broken camera hoping to collect on it.
It took the PO over a month to do an investigation. When I reported the problem to PayPay and to eBay they told me that their deadlines for helping had passed. Jason says he will not pay me unless the PO pays him. I paid for s/h/i. It is August and I still do not have my money and the PO still has the camera.
