THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT WENT WRONG WITH THE CABINETS HE PROVIDED ME!
1) COLOR WAS WRONG, IT IS DESCRIBED AS AN ANTIQUE WHITE IT IS A YELLOW COLOR...OF MANY DIFFERENET TONES! THEY LOOK LIKE THEY HAVE BEEN SMOKED AROUND FOR 20 YEARS, ALL DIFFERENT SHADES OF DINGY YELLOW! I HAD TO PAY $1200 TO PAINT MY BRAND NEW CABINETS
2) THE LAYOUT- HE CAME AND MEASURED FOR THE CABINETS, THE SPACES IN BETWEEN THE CABINETS AND APPLIANCES ARE NOT BIG ENOUGH, THE DOORS RUB ON THE APPLIANCES AND BARELY OPEN
3) MY PANTRY DOOR FRONTS WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, HE TOLD ME TO GO CHECK AT THE NEIGHBORS HOUSE. I LIVE OVER AN HOUR AWAY AND WAS FIXING THIS HOUSE UP TO SELL AS HE ALREADY KNEW. MY PAINT CREW HAAD TO HUNT THEM DOWN DAYS LATER BECASUE HE NEVER TRIED TO GET THEM TO ME.
4) MY CABINETS WERE MISSING THE HINGES TO PUT THE DOORS ON! I TOLD HIM THIS, HE HAS KNOW BEEN UNRESPOSIVE OR WILLING TO HELP ME!
I TOLD HIM I WANTED TO RETURN THE CABINETS AFTER I SAW THEM, HE WOULDNT OFFER ME ANYTHING AT ALL. HIS EXACT WORDS WERE "I'M CANT AFFORD TO EAT $2K, SORRY" SO I CAN AFFORD TO LOSE IT??? WHAT A DISGUSTING HUMAN BEING, I AM A MOM OF 6, TRYING TO MAKE IT JUST AS HE IS WITH HIS 1 CHILD! HE WILL DEF BE SEEING ME IN COURT!

As stated melissa bought cabinets from me and my company. She reached via social media and expressed interest in buying cabinets i met with her husband and clients at the home showing them sample cabibets and sample doors including the antique white. Melissa was not at this meeting. The clients said they did not like the antique white sample and chose a cherry door which was in the same price category. Still never meeting melissa or her even attempting to see samples merely going off a pamphlet said that she wanted to do the antique white and i obliged. Melissa stated they do numerous kitchen remodels and that she wanted the cabinets at a discount cause they will do a lot. I gave her all would cabinets with soft close painted doors for a good size kitchen for around $2.000 which included delivery. Cabinets were delivered in under 2 weeks and still at this point never met melissa received a text saying she did not like the color of the cabinets and wanted to return them and in get new ones and needed to be done in a matter of 2 days. I did state that i can not return cabinets because you did not take the time to look at a sample door and bought them sight unseen but that i would be willing to wirk with her to get new ones and sell her the antique white ones for her. Did not hear from her again till month later demanding her $2000 back and an additional $1200. If there were quality issues with the cabinets i would understand and definitely agree to pay and for a refund but if you buy cabinets sight unseen and then decided after they get them they want a different color i can not run a business this way. Her husband who she runs the business with stated he liked them which i told her this in response to her demand of exchange and her response was that he is color blind. I would think if these were the case you may want to take a little time to look at samples yourself. As she was demanding money back she stated that she had 5 kitchens ready for cabinets and that i needed refund her order to continue at which point i stated that i did not want her business any longer. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MM CONSTRUCTION they everything for nothing and will try anyway to dispute items to get something for nothing.
