James Belton of Breathworks CIC (aka Breathworks Mindfulness) who originally worked for Windhorse Trading UK Cambridge as a communications manager made a big gaffe by insulting me behind my back and falsely alleging harassment.

It was because I wanted an apology over how his company (Windhorse Trading) behaved. There were problems with how the company treated me in terms of sexual discrimination in the workplace.

Windhorse ceased operations in 2015 and this is also why he made this statement, because he thought he could get away with it, but I found out in the first week of his new job at Breathworks CIC.

When I complained about practices at Windhorse and demanded an apology, Mr Belton made the statement attached to this complaint. He lied as there had been no harassment and under harassment law, a business or corporation cannot be harassed. He was also subject to a employer confidentiality agreement, which he broke. He claims he does not want to comment, but has commented adversely.

No proof of harassment was ever submitted. Despite that, no apology has been forthcoming.

James Belton now works for Breathworks CIC.

Proof that a UK Court was not satisfied there was harassment in related matter

I have some evidence to show that a UK Court was not satisfied that there had been harassment in the matter with Power Places Tours, who James is emailing in the complained of statement which undermines Mr Beltons statement further.

It was in relation to a Court case (Power Places Tours v Free Spirit) in the UK High Court. Power Places Tours is who James Belton spoke to and claimed that they had been subjected to Free Spirit Harasment. In the screenshot from the legal defence, it shows an extract of a Court filing where a judge crossed out wording which implies he was not satisfied there had been harasment.

See screenshot and section 42 of defence here:-

When a judge crosses out wording implying the Court is not satisfied there has been harassment, it is fair comment to say there has been no harassment, and Mr Belton nor any of his associated employers have filed suit.

The same UK Court in June 2016 refused to allow the case to proceed further based on abuse of process issues, moral justification and the conduct being reasonable in the circumstances.

An apology from Jamea Belton is still outstanding.
