JAFX THey refused to return my money by credit/debit card
Jafx changed their policy on returning your funds by the method you used to deposit it. they force you to do a wire transfer which costs money or take bitcoin whiich is volatile.
I finally got them to agree to pay my banks wire fee after 20 plus emails then they charged a fee anyway so they shorted me $22 and they refuse to put it right at their expense, they keep saying i have to trade that money until i have enough for them to wire to me or I have to set up a bitcoin account which i don't want.
-they are thieving rotten criminals
-they have horrible customer service
-they are not regulated
-they are now under investigation.
stay away unless you want to lose your money.
