Poses as an investor in Forexx trading. Posts to offer bill assistance . Poses as many things but credit cards are stolen or he has created a fake identity via CPNs. After you have sent money via cash app, money gram, western union, or venmo, he files a dispute with the bank that he has never received products or services.
