Mr. J. Ryne Danielson is a supposed reporter for Patch Magazine in Saint Louis and in University City in Missouri. I tried to reach reporters about something my landord was doing and Mr. J. Ryne Danielson acted like he wanted to help me and said we could meet and I told him my whole story. He pretended to care but he told me he does not always help like that kind of reporter and he said if I did him a favor he could do me a favor.
I asked him what favor he wanted and he said there is only one kind of favor and I said that I did not do that kind of thing and he said if I had did and changed my mind he would write about my landord. I said I was going to be evicted and that I needed help and he said isnt that even more of a reason to do me a favor? and I said no.
So I left and told him he was sick and he texted me again and said its not like that but that the world works that way and that is how things are done in the real world. I told him I was not going to do anything with him and finally I blocked him. But he is sick and I would not go to him for help if I were you and a woman.

There is no truth to this report whatsoever. I am a reporter and I was never contacted with any story even resembling this. I never exchanged texts or any other form of communication with the person who filed this complaint.
I only found the report by Googling for something unrelated. If you contact my employer, Patch.com, you'll find no record of any complaint like this. Please ask the person who filed the report to produce texts, emails or any other evidence for their claim. (It doesn't exist).
I believe this to be part of a targeted harassment campaign by a group of people unhappy with my coverage of a political issue. Please let my know if I can provide any additional information. Thanks very much, J. Ryne Danielson
