I live in USA and planned a 14 day Spain and Morocco trip for March 2018. I contacted this agency via email which I found on Trip Advisor. The Owner/Manager goes by the name of Amadul Haque and I heard that this is not his real name. We were 3 couples and we paid nearly 2/3 of the cost. Forst, he did not want to get paid by Paypal or credit card and wanted me to send money as personal cash which I refused. With a lot of complaining he accepted Paypal. Rest of the money was supposed to be paid in cash upon meeting him or his representative at Madrid Airport. I always asked him to send an invoice so I can pay him. He would send incoices, then delete them, resend them. One of the payments, he did not even send the invoice and complained that payment was not made in time.

We were supposed to have 3 hour tour of Madrid, then taken to the train station to go to Cordoba. After about 15 hours of travel, when we reached Madrid, we were met by a spanish drive who did not speak English. He insisted on taking us to the train station right away.We had not working phones so I asked him to get us a SIM card. With great deal of persuasion, after we pointed to a store on the way to the station, he stopped. No help from him so we asked our way to a Orange store and bought the cards. As soon as phone became functional, I got the message from Adamul that we should another agent at the train station and give him the cash and that he had to go back to UK because of his sick mother. I tried calling and texting him on whatsapp. No response. The driver meanwhile dumped us at the train station and left in a hurry. We looked for his agent all over but could not find him.

Here we were, in a foreign country, 6 of us with luggage and no contacts that spoke English. We ended up buying our own tickets to Cordoba. Forget about Madrid tour that was promised. I had checked hotel reserverations before we left in Cordoba. Only 2 rooms were booked. Third couple was left without any reservations.

We were in a panic stage and started looking for alternate arrangements. Adamul Haque would not answer his phone or messages. We contacted our family backhome who made alternative arrangements for the tour. I ended up making all the hotel reservations in Spain and Morocco and a lot of my time was spend planning and making reservations etc. Fortunately we were able to find a guide.

Two days later, I got a message from Haque asking why did we not meet his agent. To me that was a day late and dollar short. I wrote back saying I already have made alternative arrangements. That it was totally unacceptable to leave us in a foreign country and not even check on us. Also, that I did not want to deal with him any more.

This guy is flaky, disorganized, unreliable and lies. I am working with my Credit Card company to recover the money I paid to him. 

Do not work with this guy and company. You will not be happy.
