I.S.I.S. U.S.Search Team / BFTF Bounter hunter / arrest agent school. big rip off, stay away. They do not pay you, always an excuse. Oak Park Michigan
Very deceptive business practices. They lead you to beleive that thier some kind of big federal task force or (bond agency). When in fact thier a struggling 3rd party company . They charge you for a 2 week academy knowing there are no paychecks at the end of this class.
1) Deceptive business practices
2) No pay
3) Only a handfull of cases. Not enough work for 50+ agents.
4) Average class cost $500 per student. Average class size is 6
5) Classes our held every month. They collect money very well.
6) They lead you to think that you will be making alot of money.
7) They force you to work on a merit point system. About 20 hrs. a month for FREE!!!!!!!!
8) They hold mandatory meetings for FREE!!!! ( no pay)
9) Were basically sub-contactors that are treated like 3rd world country employees.
10) They will charge you for more advance training also,they put a guilt trip on you if you dont take these advance classes.
11) Thier always threatning to take away badges for all kinds of reasons.
12) The academy is basically a humiliation class. Other agents watch you suffer doing situps, pushups, and other garbage. Some basic paper work on laws and tactics are passed out to you during the 2 weeks. No real training on bounter hunter tactics are covered.
13) They lead you to think that you are in a one big family. Ya right, only a few people are actually being paid.
Stay away from this so called Fugitive Recovery School.
Hopefully, a lawyer will file a class action lawsuit.
