This letter that I sent to IRN earlier this week pretty much says it all National Bureau of Merchant Services
Good Afternoon,
We have not gotten off to a good start.
As part of your original offer to DeBoise Auto Body, you agreed to reimburse 50% ($250.00) or the $500.00 cancelation fee that we incurred with Electronic Merchant Systems. I faxed part of Februarys bank statement as proof of payment as requested in early March.
No response
Numerous phone calls went unanswered.
Numerous messages were unreturned.
I have also called with questions regarding check #9999 withdrawals from our bank account that occurred on 2/8, 4/2 and 4/18 each for $54.65.

Numerous messages unreturned.
Numerous faxes ignored.
No response at all.
I am thoroughly frustrated with the transition to making you our credit card processor. Your lack of response is no way to run a business, never mind a SERVICE business.
I spent some on line time this morning reading complaints and bad reviews about IRN &NBMS. Many of them sounded exactly like the problems I am having. Obviously, I should have read them before being taken in by your sales staffs spiel. Assuming I do not hear from you, I will be spending time later this week writing my own NBMS reviews and complaints since it seems thats all you will respond to.
