I sent my iPod off to this company for a battery replacement. A week after receiving it, they sent it back, but they had failed to reassemble the iPod correctly: The cover was falling off, the button was falling out, backlight was escaping onto the screen.
I received an RMA to return the iPod for it to be repaired correctly. According to their RMA page, “Once we receive your package we will process your return/exchange within 4 business days.” It's now 2 1/2 weeks after they received the iPod, and not only have they not returned it in properly repaired condition, they have failed to respond to 4 phone calls and 2 trouble tickets sent online. When phoning, everything goes to voicemail, and there is no way to get hold of an actual person.
These people simply take your money and do nothing.
