ipage web hosting service is the worst web hosting service on the net. The customer service is non-existent. I've been trying to renew my domain for about a month now. all there screens are frozen, third rate software. Customer service doesn't answer. I have the documentation and I'm going to sue this lousy company for about 5,000 dollars. Avoid. horrible
