Ray Jr. Courtemanche and his partner Annie Blouin are thieves. They use false advertising into their business center to lure small entrepreneurs that are in startup with very little money. They promise a collaborative space with all the services. Once you have signed a lease and take your deposit, you find out that their are NO SERVICES When you want to leave they lock you out of yoru office and hold your equipment ransom They are extremely aggresive and are linked to the mafia and money laundering operations STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE DANGEROUS
