ICM Websites is among the "Work-At-Home" soliciters.  They say:  "Send $2.97 and we'll send you information about (whatever, I really don't recall subscribing) the program.  The now say it was for the information and a three day trial period.  I never received anything in the mail. 



Today, June 4, I got my credit card bill.  The $2.97 was charged on May 12, and $139.95 was charged May 20.  I have received nothing from them, and do not want to spend that money for any websites I don't know anything about.



I called them at 877-863-3088.  They answered, would not agree to refund anything.  The said, "You knew the terms."  I didn't, nor did I receive anything from them.  The representative said he could not refund, but could discontinue my subscription. 



I asked to speak to someone who could reverse the charges.  He said, "I'll get you to someone."  I was put on hold, with music playing for a long time.  The music stopped, and no one ever came online to talk with me.



I've called the credit card company to contest the billing.

        internet advertisements.



2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary     
        information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
        the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.            



3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
        secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are     
        conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??



Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office.

Someone stole my credit card numbers & used it to start a website through ICM.  Luckily my credit card took care of everything.  When I called to cancel, they said they wouldn't do anything to help me.  They had several departments calling me even though I had cancelled what that idiot signed me up for, after it had been cancelled.

Luckily things have cleared up since then, it's been 3 months.  I am so lucky to have a good bank because this company, like most, don't care.  they are still sending me offers in the mail for their service, ridiculous!
