I signed up for a year of service and they gave one free month for signing on a friend. After about five and one half months I heard of a free service on the Internet and decided to cancel my service hoping I would get a refund. They said no problem just send us your phone # with area code and address and we will gadly refund your money.
That was last 6/15/2000. I Never received my refund of $25.00...
