Internations charged me a membership renewal fee on December 27, 2016 which I did not expect and they refused to issue a refund even thought I requested it the same day I received the email notifying me of the charge. Such refunds are common practice with more professional and customer-centric companies who operate in a more upright way.

I had not been using Internations for some time and there was no notification of this charge, as is standard practice these days. If they are not a customer-centric business this will likely adversely impact sales and consumer loyalty.

In the response from Danielle Maughfling (very rude), she had mentioned that they had sent me an invoice which I did not receive. She also mentioned that there was an indication of membership level at the top of the membership page, whatever that is. If you don't log into the system any more, as was the case with me, then of course one won't see this.  She also mentioned that there was something buried deep within the terms and conditions which covered them for this apparently fradulent behavior.  Of course no one reads the terms and conditions in detail. 

Overall a very negative experience and I will not be joining Internations again, nor would I recommend it.  I hope they will get their act together.  Email notification that you are about to attempt to take money are standard these days. I hope they will get with the times and halt these shady practices. Very shameful and shows their desperation and greed.  I do not recommend Internations.  Please avoid.

I will be posting similar such complaints on other similar sites to warn people about this company.
