I made two purchases from Intelus on 7/22/08 by doing a people search. One of them did not give me the information it promised so they supposedly gave me a credit to my intelus account. One purchase was for 7.90 and the other was for 9.90.

On 7/24/08 my bank was debited by APN9VALUEMAX for the amount of 19.95. I have never signed up for this company, upon doing a web search I came upon this site saying it was a rip-off related to Intelus. I called APNVALUEMAX and they indeed had my Debit card number , telephone number, and address.

I will be filing fraud charges this morning at 6:00am as soon as my bank opens. I spoke to them last night but they had already closed for the day and could not help me, but they said they would be more then willing to help this am.This has to be stopped. Not only did they take my money but they overdrew my account. The number for Valumax is 888-205-2257.

It is 2:30pm EST and I just got back from the Intelius site and what do you know they have all my info, name, address, phone, credit card, but no history of any purchases or searches which I preformed on 7/22/08. One for $7.90 and one for $9.90. At least thats what my bank account says.
