These Technicians have to be the biggest bunch of Buffoons to ever walk the Earth. About a year ago, I had my FIRST misfortunate adventure with these clowns. My Problem was that my system simply would not boot Well after placing a call with TECH SUPPORT, I waited for almost 9HOURS for a return call. This was a call in at about 10am. So it wasn't like I was keeping anyone from sleeping Well anyway once I did get a call back, they're Tech had me do a few things on the system

At the time I was quite ignorant about computers and didn't know my hard drive from my boot floppy!!! Well after a few moments the Friendly Technician Mike Told me with Great Urgency that My system WAS INFECTED WITH A VIRUS!!! Then Mike went on to explain that although the Virus was unfamiliar with me. He being a Technician has seen it on a FEW other systems. The Dreaded Virus: IO.SYS!! Now I believe it was somewhere between 25 and 30% formatted, when he explained to me that ALL OF MY DATA IS GONE!!! This jerk had just talked me right into formatting my hard drive, because I had a corrupted System File.

In March of this year, I had a major problem with my hardware on my computer: My Hard drive had failed. So against all better judgment, I placed a call into IAI and to my surprise, within the Hour I got a call back FROM MIKE! I could not afford to let this person loose on my computer once again so I explained that I had to go to work and would call back LATER.. . And I did-This Time I got to Talk to Karen-the Individual that Mr. BOB JONES had berated on this very site, well I have to tell you that Karen was actually knowledgeable about computers and we walked through the problem and Found that it was actually a cable on the computer that had been damaged when I installed a CD-writer and not the drive at all.

I was back up and running in no time at all. Now for you Mr. Jones-shame on you for dragging her through the mud to cover up for your shoddy professionalism and lack of workmanship. Your company is another Reason why this website is here-To Stop Shady Con Artists like you from ripping off whomever they can. You never ONCE in your Rebuttal, Denied any of the allegations leveled at you or your company by Karen, but simply sidestepped the whole affair with mud slinging. I believe it was your responsibility to check into the background of employees anyway, was it not? Personally, if I were in Karen's shoes-I might think about suing you for slander and defamation of character. Also, I was wondering why you removed the link that Karen referred to in her statement, I happened to see it before you did and found it quite entertaining.
