Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company pretends to be larger than it is. There is a whole three people in the company. I worked there for one month. They lead their clients to believe the give good support for their customers, when in fact they do not. They run strictly off of a pager, and return calls. The "techs" don't know their a*s from their elbows.

I got fired for "violation of company policy" What happened was that the company pays a month behind. The day my first check was to be there, it was late being delivered by UPS. I was the only one in the office. I never was told of any company policies. Anyway, I opened the mail, and made a copy of my check. Left the copy and a note to the boss, Bob jones, that I took my check as I had not been paid in a month. He fired me for opening the mail, and violating policy in the fact that I opened it. I did not even look at anything else in the envelope.

Meanwhile, the company computers had a bout with several viruses. They got there by another male (I am female) employee, downloading on file share programs. He and another male employee would download porno and watch it during working hours. All I could say was that I supposed that this was within company policy since they are still employed.

I was the only female there.

They also lie to their "clients" regarding the level of service they provide. They cater to OEM's such as Polywell and Bold Data. to see samples of their call logs, just follow, the link

http://65.104.62.40/iai/corp.htm

click on call status by tech, and enter tech number 193, and whatever date you want.

Some of these are funny if you know anything about computers.

Their so called sales dept, and RMA dept's are non existant. Company is run by three people only. No departments.

Actually glad I don't work for these loosers anymore.

Just needed to vent. Thanks.

I purchased an extended warranty from this company and they have never given me good service. They had no problem taking my credit card number however. Back about 8 months ago, my system would not start up. First they said it was the power supply, and it was replaced after approx. 3 weeks. That wasn't the problem. Next, some tech named Mike said it was the processor. So, another two weeks, and a processor later, it still doesn't work...... Then their next guess, the motherboard. That would have done it if their onsite technician (and I use the term loosly) would not have accidently shorted out the new motherboard during the installation. Another replacement took another thirty days, and then the onsite person did not show up. I called and it was rescheduled, only to have the same thing happen. They finally hired another technician, and he showed up late. The second motherboard was installed, and the technician then formatted my hard drive and I lost everything. They did not tell me that was going to happen. I was very upset. From start to finish it took almost three months for my problem to be resolved. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They don't know the meaning of the words "customer service" They also treated me rudely on the telephone when I called to complain to the manager. His name was Bob. I will not do business with these people again.

I just wanted to comment that I purchased a computer towards in the summer of 2001 and Integrated Automation International is the company that handles the warranty for my computer. I have had numerous problems, and every time I call the company is EXCELLENT in their response time, and I have spoken to quite a few different technicians there. I had a problem with my hard drive at one time, and they completely took care of me. They ordered me a new hard drive, had it shipped to me, and sent someone out to my house to put it in my computer. Since then I have had a couple of other problems, mind you, I am not that knowledgable in computers, and every time I have a problem and call tech support they respond right away and take care of it. Please keep in mind while you are reading these reports that any company will always have some unhappy customers...their are always sour grapes in a bunch. And as far as their information being gone....if you provided a way for customers or others to access PRIVATE company information through a link, why would a company keep the link active? I just wanted to provide a different light on the situation, or at least show you a "satisfied" customer.

Noticed they removed their info., Obviously not too
comfortable with others viewing it. Perhaps something to hide? And by the way, ms certification doesn't mean you know anything. Ask any real help desk support person, they all know that.

Also, I have no back doors on my system. Or virus programs for that matter. You have warez on all your systems Mr. Integrity. Your staff watches porno at work. I too can get personal in this if you want me to tell a few of your personal stories on line as well....However they would undoubtly embarrass the hell out of you.

#9REBUTTAL Owner of company

Sat, May 18, 2002

Karen came to work for our company as a Support Technician.
We did terminate her employment.
Nevada is a state where the employer may terminate an employee without cause.

However, in Karen's situation, we were hit immediately wih two very important considerations:
She did open a confidential UPS next day envelope, sent from our accounting department specifically to MY attention, without prior authorization.

More importantly, she withheld very critical information on her employment application with our company.

Specifically, she was a convicted felon. You are invited to visit the Clark Co. Website for the Justice Courts, containing public records of this situation:
http://courtgate.coca.co.clark.nv.us:8490/
Then click :
Civil Criminal Probate
Then type in the District Court Case Number
This is Case# 97-C-145045-C
Click view Case Then go to Calendar
Scroll to bottom of page and pick (11-20)

On the date with 12/07/1998, click yes under minutes.

Then click Buttram, Karen S hyperlink
Read the minutes for yourself. Additional information secured on that website clearly details that she has been in the court system for other felonies!

By Karen not disclosing her record on her application form, this also violated her probation/parole. Nevada law specifies all felons must be honest with that answer on their job applications.

Karen was not.

Our business is kept on a need to know basis per employee because of confidential agreements we have with our customers. Karen signed a confidentiality agreement with us upon her hiring, which she has obviously flagrantly disregarded.

We invite you to visit our website, http://www.iaisupport.com, where can check with anyone you wish and find out our real track record (the REST OF THE STORY).

It is sad that Karen appears to be continuing by choice, to not only follow a dishonest path to life, but further, to attempt to sabotage and destroy associations with companies and people who are in a position to offer a change, such as I.A.I

And of course, some of Karen's omissions are not minimal, such as all of the unauthorized software she had downloaded to her computer from the internet; subsequent viruses spawned on our network because she had her "back-door" to her own computer and spy programs operational, etc.

I personally have been with IAI for almost 6 years. Part of my qualifications include that I am an MCP, an achievement accomplished by taking exams provided by Microsoft for technical certification, followed by working for a company outsourcing to Microsoft as a Support Engineer. I.A.I. is an equal opportunity employer and we are very proud of our support services.

I sincerely hope anyone reviewing Karen's letter will file it along with her history and track record, rather than ours.
