INFOMERCIAL prompted, so I went on line to order. BIG MISTAKE! 6/4/2018 Online sign up for "free" trial sample. Shipping charge $4.95. OK.. . .BUT WAIT! (PLZ Review your credit card bills!) Discovered 3 separate charges & nearly $400 charges, NOT knowingly AUTHORIZED. 6-4-2018: $4.90 SHIPPING 6-4-2018: $4.95 SHIPPING Could have been shipped together! 6-4-2018: "$2.40 REWARDS PROGRAM. NEVER wanted or intentionally signed up for. (SMALL PRINT) 6-18-2018: $89.87 6-19-2018 $88.99 7-4-2018: $4.95 7-5-2018: $89:87 7-6-2018 $88.99 Called 855-412-3144 & was Lectured that I did not read 'agreement’. Cust. Svc Reps Jolly-Florida Call Center, Supervisor Jeff (Alabama) and then Teresa (North Carolina) said they would refund 100% of charges. BUT. . .THEY REQUIRE. . .CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO CALL THEM to verify my account for refund. TBD. Will advise. Internet
