First off these idiots charge you 1.00 to talk to a rep about something They screwed up. Unless you accept to be charged a rep wont come on the phone. Wasted money..Second ..they're known to text your debits and credits if you have direct deposit, as you spend you're texted a balance to your phone. What they dont tell you is if a vendor (ebay,paypal etc) are refunding you for a return purchase ..they dont text that info. So you may never have a true balance in your texts and therefore they are setting you up to over spend. You have to Call each and everytime and pay these thieves to see if and when your refund is made. Third...They tell you to check on the website but they dont have a real website set up. They used to when owned by a different bank but all they have set up is a login screen. You supply the requested info and you get an error or "incorrect host" screen. Each and everytime. Email them and get a generated reply. They're horrible at customer service and business practices. Horrible.
