Innovative Merchant Solutions-Quicken-Intuit A TRUE RIPOFF CREDIT CARD PROCESSING SERVICE COMPANY Woodland Hills California
On July 16, 2008 we signed up for the rate of 1.69%, but after about two months service, it was 3.8504%. It was not what Mr.Reuben J. Coe,Senior
Merchant Advisor from Innovative Merchant Solutions had agreed upon signing up. We had to cancel the Service after several repeated requests to correct the wrong rate, there was no reply and no reponse from IMS.
I sent back the processing machine to IMS per their request, now they demand a termination fee of $491.26 from Consolidated Recovery Group,LLC
425 West fifth Ave. Suite 103, Escondido, California 92025 plus 18% interest
rate per annum is accruing on the outstanding principal balance.
It is not ethical to lure us to sign up their service with a lower rate, then
jacked up the rate later. They RIPOFF you by charging Early Termination
Fee on the application, once you find out the wrong rate and get no help
from IMS, you are forced to cancel the service. Then, they make huge quick
profits from cancellation fees.
I pray the government authority should look into this type of business scam.
