Innovate Auto Finance They are charging me for an amount I don't owe them. Fort Worth Texas
I had a 2010 Chevy Cobalt financed with them. The car was involved in a total loss accident on 05/29/2017. I was insured at the time with Geico insurance. My insurance policies coverage included GAP insurance which I paid extra for. Geico paid for the car and GAP insurance was to pay the rest. Well, Innovate Auto Finance is billing me for $1127.00 which they say the insurance company did not pay. This is Absurd! If you didn't get all your money for the insurance company this fight should be between you and them. They are sending me statements every month and I am not paying. I have read other negative comments about this company taking monies which don't belong to them, overcharging people. This is CRAZY.
