 To whom it may concern, You need really need to work on your customer service department, I don't know who it was I interacted with but I was lied to he told me I needed to pay $49.95 that day and I told him I wanted to wait a week or so till I got paid because I only have a little bit over that to survive me for another week, told him I was on Social Security and he promised that that day he would put a $50 Visa card in the mail I signed up on January 5th I have yet to receive that card and he put me in a hole where I had to borrow money and I don't like that since then I have tried several times to call I get your wait time is 8 minutes okay if you would like to leave a call back number press to doesn't work I waited 45 minutes and hung up waited an hour call back I was told one minute wait time another 45 minutes on hold and hung up so now you're getting this. You either need to get more customer service reps or better ones I don't know what your issue is my you keep customers on hold for as long as 45 minutes that's ridiculous you should have enough people to take care of that.
