Indy car and truck I feel that the vehicle I bought was Mis represented Indianapolis Indiana
I bought a 2015 Ford Transit Connect. When they showed me the CarFax report, I asked them what was ment by the "structural Damage" area that was checked. They said that the vehicle I was buying had had only" minor cosmetic damage and had been repaired to industry standards".
Well what they didnt tell me was I was going to getpen extremely penalized when I tried to trade in the vehicle, which I recently did. The dealer I went to was very apoligetic about what they could allow me, but with the "structural damage" notation, it really hurt the value. I feel they should have felt obligated to explain this to me, instead of what they told me.
