So many lies where to begin: Okay #1 I now owe IBC 20,000 dollars for student loans that would have been paid for by the government had I went to any other college!! My dad is a disabled vetran and I can receive completely free education from most schools!! When enrolling at IBC they told me they had students that had received the same kind of tuition payment from the government, at that time I was very excited about starting school and trusted them that my college would be paid for at Indiana Business College just like it would most other schools!! They had to know they were lying through their teeth!!!!!! I found out half way through it was not going to be paid for and I was doing really well getting good grades and maintaining perfect attendance, well at that point I wanted to transfer to Ivy Tech a school that would be free for me, and that is when I found out the second lie they told me your credits do NOT transfer ANYWHERE!! So I decided to finish what I had started!! With the receiving perfect attendance and good grades, I figured I wouldn't have a problem finding a good job!! Wrong again it is 2008 and I graduated in 2000, I just now found a really good job as a Medical Support Assistant (which doesn't require a degree!!!). There was NO job placement in fact after I signed my enrollment papers I was treated like a number at IBC by the front office people!! I am now pursuing a career in nursing which I should have done in the first place!! But I learned the hard way to not trust anyone, and to get everything in writing also most importantly research, research, research any investment, School is an investment talk to people that have went to the school you are interested in look them up on the internet, contact employers and see how they feel about that school!! It is your money, so do your research BEFORE signing anything!!! And get all verbal promises in writing!!! I had to learn the hard way!!!! Indiana Business College is a total Rip Off!!!! Everytime I think about it I get really upset, it could have been free and I could have been a nurse in the time it took me to be a medical assistant going full time!!!! They also lied about how much money medical assistants make!!! It was one lie after the other!!!!!
