Independent National Credit I spoke to this lady on the phone which she called my job and I explain to her she is not allow to harassment me on my job I will call you back she instead that I be quiet and listen. I sent a long explantion to you already so if you or anyone reading this could understand what I am coming from.
I have received a call from this number 910 355 0143 and was told that I would be serve some papers whicb I felt if there was somethng serious I should have gotten something sent to my home not any emails, or calling my job. The lady wanting me to stay on the phone because she need to read the affadivat to me and then she wanting me to speak with an attorneyI explain to her I need to hang up. BUt she kept on going and then said I will call you back . I don;t need this in my life.

Don't let them push you around. It is a scam. Papers are not "served" by email. Don't pay these scammers anything. Hang up if they call you. Their entire method is to intimidate you enough to send them money. Don't do it. Even if you owed the money, it wouldn't be to these people. It would be to the original creditor or a collections company assigned to collect the debt. And the collections company has to follow rules for collections. Based on your complaint, this is not a legitimate collections company at all. Ignore their calls. Don't send them anything.
