Imperial Outdoor Living Ripoff Fraudulent Business Rancho Cucamonga California
In April 2006, I put $500 down Payment with Imperial Outdoor Living Inc. in a show in San Diego for a BBQ island. Then in June 2006 I paid $3447 as a 50% of the price of the BBQ for them to start building it.
In October 2006 I called them asking to deliver the BBQ but they told me that due to high demand they can not deliver before January 2007. I try to contact them since January 1st, 2007, without success. Finally I got The brother of the Owner, Paul Bovard who has his name on the contract (cell phone 818 335 2119). He told me that the company has filed for bankruptcy. I called the Backruptcy Court of Riverside on Friday, January 12 and they told me that their records don't show the bankruptcy file of this company yet.
I would like to get inputs from other victims of this company to file a lawsuit. Please contact me:
