Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
For those of you who are on here in search of answers as to how you got ripped off or came close I have to tell you....All they want is your credit card number, money and more of it... I got a coupon booklet in late August 2008. I was so excited that my boyfriend and I could get to see so many parts of the world, for what at first was cheap. I was told the reason I received the booklet is because of my credit score or region I lived in...I right away talked to my boyfriend about the possibility of making this happen for our anniversary. We were going to spend 7 days in FL which included a Trip to the Bahamas, and I would receive day passes for the famous Orlando, Florida's Disney World. Along with this neat package I was also going to receive two more: A trip to Las Vegas for 3 nights and 4 days, what college student wouldn't want to go! I was also going to receive another for some place in Mexico that didn't really faze me or my boyfriend. We were so excited to get all the stuff for FL for what I thought was a good package price. Not to mention the extra trips as a Bonus. Some Bonus.... A red flag should have gone off... I was told together it was going to cost $798 included the non existing Honey Moon Suite for my boyfriend and I. I was also giving permission to invite 2 friends that would only have to pay for there own Port Fees.

Plus, $198 for port fees and the $99 for the Outside Cabin. I insisted that I not use my cards but put it on my boyfriend amex after mine which was a visa would not take... After the charges were posted a few days later I started to think that this was a little out of the terms that my boyfriend had authorized on his American Express Card. I had already included the outside cabin up grade the first go around, along with poker money, and deluxe meals charged on his card. I didn't even mention the non-existent honey moon suite that was a rip off because it turned out to be a standard room on the lower levels of the ship. After hours of me battling with some guy over the phone while I had the ship's map in front of me on my laptop I knew than I was going to have problems with trying to get a refund. The guy over the phone told me that it was true that my room would be far away from the ship's entertainment and dinning room and pool. I finally said that it would be fine to just keep the reservations because my boyfriend and I wanted to go away for some time now. My boyfriend called the card company right when I ended the phone conversation. This trip should have kicked off three years of being together but instead we celebrated with a gift exchange. While we requested off of work I started telling my family members outside my household and friends about what a great deal we got. I had so many people tell me it sounds wrong but I brushed it off like the wise old owl that I am. I even questioned the young girl that sold me the package and she assured me that there was no funny business going on. It was a promotional deal to get people talking about vacationing again. During us having this trip charged to his amex card, we went and got necessary things for our trip out of country. We were so excited to be given the chance to get take a break from the busy lives we both live.

He went ahead on Oct. 2nd and called the company to get a receipt which was supposed to be emailed to me originally. He was told they don't email outside the office which is strange because I received two emails about their website and the company looking legit. So the company agreed to fax his letter in 24 hours. Anyone who has a fax machine knows it's a lot like using the telephone. My boyfriend waited patiently for three days. On the third night I got a frantic txt from him saying that the Cruise was canceled. The company went and told my boyfriend that the ship was going to be under maintenance during the time we would be down there. i am glad he called otherwise we would never have found out that the ship was not going to be able to depart. I left work to find him on the phone with the company that almost took our money. I noticed he wasn't getting anywhere with his refund. He kept telling the women that he wasn't a sales person and the package is not valuable at all. The package is null and void because they canceled the cruise. They could no longer provide us with the service we were entitled to.

That brings us to today Oct. 17, 2008. Just about a month and a half after purchasing the trip we canceled the transactions as well as changing both our credit card numbers. (The one that worked and the one that didn't go through)

For those that do work for this Rip off Company 3 things:

a. How do you sleep at night? I am a salesperson and I sell products to people that are really what I believe they are.

b. Why is it so hard for you to step up and say this is wrong and I should go find a different job. How dare you guys think that ripping people off is a way to make money.

c. Would you sell your friends or family this package like you did to my boyfriend and I? If not why not?

Six questions I would like anyone to answer:

1. Why were the rental car rates different every time we called? We got two different quotes: $25 and $15 per day for being under the age of 25.

2. Why was I told this was a great deal when I kept telling the sales girl something is not right? She insisted that her friends and her had taken this same package trip already.

3. Why are we not going after the company as a group? My boyfriend and I lost our valuable time together to deal with such uncaring conniving sales people.

4. Why can this happen to anyone? It wasn't based on region, race, gander, age, credit score or even income. Anyone reading this either was a sucker or knows a sucker. We were all sucked in for that moment.

5. What happens to our credit card numbers? I suggest you all do what we did and cancel your numbers. Feel safe that you have new credit card numbers, that this company will not have.

6. Did others have to use two credit cards? I never thought about giving another number until I found this website and got to thinking.

My boyfriend and I had so much anger for this company that we decided from now on we will only go in person to buy our next vacation. We are both young so we took this as a great travel opportunity, or what should have been. Also, we shall warn others about this vicious credit card number and money hungry Company. My boyfriend thinks each sales rep has to make a quota on the amount of credit card numbers they receive. Even though my credit card number was told it didn't go through, it could have been checked if it was valid without showing a transaction and added a number to the quota and then my boyfriend's credit card which went through added a second number to the quota. Right there they got 2 credit card numbers from one person. Suppose they did this to each caller.
