IMC - Mailbox Magazines mailbox magazines I WAS TOLD I WON A DIAMOND WATCH,3 MAGAZINES PLUS ONE FREE AND AN ENTRY INTO THE PUBLISHERS SWEEPSTAKES!WATCH NEVER CAME, STOPPED PAYMENT! AND RECIEVED A BILL.I WOULD LIKE TO SUE THIS COMPANY FOR FRAUD Tamarac, Florida
i was contacted by mailbox magazines saying i had won a diamond watch and an entry into their sweepstakes through publishers sweepstakes,i had to purchase 3 magazines and then got one free for one year. i was to recieve the watch in 6-8 weeks. they also said that this was nonrefundable and could not cancel.
well,i made 3 payments,which is 3 months that i waited for the watch to come and it never did.they said u couldn't cancel this order.well i couldn't cancel but i did stop payments going to this so called company.june 21st i recieved a bill stating that i owed them $430.56. well if they pursue this i will hire a lawyer and sue this company for fraud and breech of contract,they defaulted!!!!! not me!!!! the more i think about it ,i will sue them!
