My Transponder was in the vehicle and picked up 3 out of 4 toll booths on 4 different days. I received a notice from the tollway authority that I owed 86.64 for tolls and fines.
Why would "I" owe fines for faulty equipment owned by the Illinois Tollway? "Their" equipment didn't pickup "my" transponder.
They have quite the scam going on. I am not the only person that they are trying to scam.
I can guarantee their will be a class action suit brought against them in the near future.
