ILD Teleservices Liberty Online Services rip-off Miami Florida
In December, I noticed a $32.50 charge for Liberty Online Services (billing for ILD Teleservices) on my local telephone bill. When I called Liberty to ask what this charge was for, I was told it was for providing Web Site hosting for our company.
When I asked why on earth I would want that since my husband has owned his own web domain for 3 years now and since we have a server who provides hosting for that domain at nearly 1/2 the price of Liberty's services, I was told that someone from Liberty talked to my husband who agreed to sign with them.
When I explained that if anyone from our address had agreed to sign with them I was quite sure it was because the information given by Liberty was incorrect, the representative agreed to delete all charges and cancel our "account" with the company.
