as a service rep for a major phone company let me give you some insight ild is another 3rd party biller you need to report them and who ever they bill for to the fcc every call that comes to our call center is from this company well ill say 85% of the calls are for internet charges and half the times the customers dont even have internet access at home at they also bill for long distance and other voice products i would suggest you call your local carrier and have them dispute the charges for you this company makes me sick im tired of them messing over the poor consumers please fight this and report them to the FCC
