IHOP San Antonio Culebra Ramzi Hakim/ Kent s is a horrible location at Culebra and 1604! This manager is a disaster! san antonio texas
This location at 1604 and Culebra is the worst restuarant i have ever dined. The bathrooms had s* coming out of the floor and it took 45 minutes to recieve my food. this is a horrible place to take your family and you should be ashamed to operate a disguting filth hole such as this.
