Ordered many times from theb, but may last 2 orders never arrived and its been over 6 months! They keep postponing the refund claiming that it needs to be returned to them first. How the f*** are they going to be returned to them if they are lost after 6 months?!?! Total scammers and waste of money. They even have a TH.IHERB.com website version, which should mean they have no problem shipping here, but after many emails and tons of hours wasted, they blamed in on the fact that it was because I was in Thailand.
I ordered from Thailand, but I am an American - and even if I were Thai, it does not mean IHERB should treat their Thai customers like third-world trash. If I had been in the US, they would refunded me without doublt right away, but because they assumed I was some Asian customer in some neverland far-away, they simply don't care! - IHERB IS A TOTAL SCAM, FAKE, FRAUD AND I WILL ENSURE EVERYONE HEARS OF MY RIPOFF REPORT!
