When ordering from them, I paid for 2 day shipping. 

This is copy and pasted directly from my order on their site:

 

Order Placed - August 03, 2014 - Waiting for Approval

Estimated Delivery Date - August 5, 2014

 

When I contacted them today, they stated that they had not yet begun to process my order (1 bottle of garlic pills), and that they could not guarantee that they would be shipped out today. On top of that, then there would still be a 2 day wait (shipping).

Instead of getting here on the 5th (as estimated), it may not show up until sometime this weekend. 

 

I understand that it is an estimated date, but for it to be a 2 day affair, and take nearly a week is not what I paid for.
