Good day, i was just looking at your website, checking on the products that have made it as i'm trying to avoid being rip-off too. However i came across a product i like to use, the Epil-Stop & Spray. I used the product just like you, and left it on for 8 mins and nothing happen, i called the customer service line and spoke with a Ashley ID#145, she gave me further instructions and told me to leave it on a little longer, suprisingly upon following her instructions, i needed only to leave the product for 5 mins. This is not my first product from Igia, and i've always found the staff willing to help,even though they have to follow guide lines and policies just like everyone else. I have to defend them, so lets me reasonable, your letter said it was purchase at Walgreen, which means walgreens are the ones with your money, therefore why go to Igia for your money back? I am sorry you had an allergic reaction to the product, but are you sure you follow the Instruction specifically? and why were they rude to you, were you rude to them? after all, they are humans too. Sometimes even i'm guilty at screaming at other people, like yesterday with FED-EX when my package was delayed, it wasn't the representitive's fault. I have always found Igia service efficient, they are willing to help and that counts for something in my book.I believe firmly in "giving to cesar what's due unto him" After all fair is fair; thanks Igia and keep up the good work.
