I Now Agree And Confirm With Other Reports About ICS And Ken Cornett Being A Lier, I Ran As A Independent Contractor Husband-Wife Team Started March 23, 2018 And Every Single Week Had Problems Getting Our Money On Fridays, And Very Seldom Got Our Settlement Sheets To Know What We Were Getting Paid For. When We Did Not Get Paid I Kept The Truck And Empty Trailer Trying To Get Our Money Owed To Us. I Returned The Truck And Empty Trailer To There Yard 06-25-2018 With 2 Columbus Police Officers As Standby, Due To The Treat Made By Jake In ( Dispatch ). Photos Were Taken Of The Inside And Outside Of Tractor & Trailer, I Have Saved All Text Messages From Ken Cornett With Him Telling Me Our Money Approx. $3.500.00 Would Be Direct Deposited,

Still No Money As Of 06-28-2018 Dakota Cornett His Son Is No Better Than His Father, Dispatch Is A Joke, I And My Wife Has Been In The Office Of Dispatch, While All 4 Cussing Each Other. Sheree Over Payroll, Cannot Or Will Not Get Us Our Settlement Sheets As She Is Or Was To Email Them Each Thursday, Another Joke. Ken Will Not Standby The Craigslist Ad's Dakota Puts Out There In Our Time With Them. Independent Contractors / Any Driver's Run Far And Fast Away From These Lier's, You See Any Of There Trucks At Truck Stops Fueling, Walk Up And Talk To Them, About Their Pay And How Bad Their Lied To, As We Started Doing Every Time We Seen A Fellow Driver, NEVER Did We Get A Good Word About The Company Even From Their Own Drivers. What A Shame. If We Ever Get Paid And Our Settlement Sheets I Will Be More Than Happy To Give Everyone A Update. Danny

 Jaime, I’m just seeing your response to my report. I remember you, you were Steve’s girlfriend, the one they told me was on cocaine, right?? I had heard Ken had hired you after I was gone. I brought up Steve because of his part in all this and his lies. He knows the truth but covered it with lies. We were told that employees were threatened if they helped us in any way!!!! And I saw first hand what happens if Ken is angered!!!

I even saw him go after Steve’s son!!! An entire office saw it and heard it!! So how could Steve help him??? I’ve wondered that!! Secrets and Lies and Cover- Ups!!! Why did they hire you? Ask yourself!! Especially after the things that were said..... So....In my defense, I worked for Ken only 3 weeks. Not even enough time to get familiar with the job I was supposed to do.

As for my qualifications, I understand why you would think that because I know what Ken was telling everyone to justify himself. Not that I need to validate myself to you or him - it’s actually laughable!!! Especially considering the 20+ years of references I have that he could never measure up to. I actually have documented proof of my qualifications (classes, certificates of training, 1000’s of hours of volunteer work, certificates of appreciation, letters of recommendations from retired generals, directors of multi million dollar companies, people from over 20-30 years of knowing me, working with me, etc who will vouch for my honesty, integrity & loyalty.

But you are right, I did NOT know what I was doing for Ken, I never got the chance to actually learn my job. And I have emails & text showing that I told him prior to me working for him I had NO experience with Quickbooks and would need help. I also have texts/emails asking for training for all of the trucking software and to have someone show me how to do what needed to be done - I was completely new to trucking administration.

I was honest and straight forward. But I’ll accept responsibility for not knowing how to do my job for ICS and ICS only!!! I told him PROPER TRAINING is key!!! I stand by that!! All of that is besides the point. The fact is HE STOLE OUR FINAL PAYCHECKS AND CHILD SUPPORT MONEY that was returned to the company from the State of Texas!!!

We begged him for it!! And we ARE NOT the only employees he stole from. Kudos to him for trying to clean up his image. I hope he can. I pray he starts being honest, operates with integrity and no one else goes through any of this. I have come to terms that we will never get our money. I’m just comforted knowing that God knows the truth and what the Bible states happens to theives. Good luck to you all!!

To anyone that questions the truth- do your homework! Look up all the lawsuits against them under a variety of business names, and variations of the owners name. Look up why his operations manager was disbarred. It’s all public knowledge. DO NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR IT!!! Do your homework!!!

 Lisa, why are you bringing up Steve in this? First of all you couldn’t do your job. You paid the same bill 3 times. You left the office in a total mess. Nothing had been filed. You misrepresented your experience and skill level. You couldn’t use quick books. No basic computer skills. When you work in the office and you knew that one of the drivers wrecked one of the trucks and didn’t report it immediately to Ken. You knew it was wrong. You just were a bad fit for the company. It took me 3 days to file all of the files that you had marked on the file " when I have time” I have never met you and don’t know you I just know what I had to do to after you were no longer were with the company. Ken is a great person to work for. I have had no problem with him and I have been with the company for 8 months. I was honest with him on my experience so he doesn’t expect more of me than what I can do. I have hired at least 8 drivers and not one of them has had any problems with the company or Ken or Steve. The problem is with lazy people that want paid for nothing! That’s what all the complaints on this site are about. Trucking is a hard job to do if you are a good driver. I’m sick of all the negative stuff on here! The company and people that work here are great people. I love my job and the people I work with. I wish I had time to do "quote of the day” It’s a nice thing to do I’m just to busy working to do it.

 I have been enjoying myself reading what you a drivers are put on here.lol I am a driver for ICS I have been here for about five months, I have never ever encountered anything any of these people were saying. And this is no bull**** I had a couple hiccups when I first started nothing major never had an issue sense . I make stupid money here at ICS .every week.The only way you don’t make money here at ICS is if you don’t drive ,if you’re lazy ,or if you’re just a want to be truck driver that just don’t have it in them. And what I found to be the most funniest thing I’ve read is that the people in the office or rude...hahahahaha I will most definitely have to call bull**** there too . The people in the office are awesome they have only treated me with the outmost respect and everybody else I’ve seen walking there . Now granite if you come in there acting like a belligerent a****** I’d say Then it’s a different story. Me personally I love it here I have no bad to say about ICS or the people that work at ICS as far as being lied to rip offed treated like s*** it’s never happened to me. Nobody asked me to put this on here I just like reading bull**** stories from bull**** people they make me smile . So if you have an opportunity or was thinking of working at ICS I highly advise you to jump on it if you want to make money. So don’t be fooled by bull**** stories from bull**** people the people that put this s*** on here are usually s*** drivers I don’t know any other way to put it.they have poor attitude,horrible work ethics and just one everything handed to them so with that being said Drivers be safe and just love life and stop being so dag on angry

 Danny, unfortunately you guys are among a long list that has been done this way by ICS 1 LTD. My husband and I are also owed quite a bit of money, including over-paid child support money that was returned to ICS that was never refunded back to us. (I’m owed 2 weeks back pay and my husband 3 weeks back pay and refunded child support). We have hired an attorney to do the exact thing you are trying to do - get the money owed to us and nothing more. Hopefully more people will start coming forward knowing there’s a lot of us now speaking out. People depend on their pay! Good Luck to you guys! I definitely recommend getting a lawyer. It’s a long tiresome process but I refuse to give up because that’s what so many done before us. Just be warned - Ken bragged to another driver that he was going to "squish all of us”, lol! That’s what he does! After I was fired I heard all kinds of things he was saying about me and I have text of him belittling me and trying to make me feel incompetent. I let it bother me to start but quickly got over it because I know his type. This was just something I got accustomed to hearing working in the office - he was constantly yelling, screaming, belittling and threatening drivers, dispatchers, etc. It’s not something one should have to get used to. There’s documentation out there that tells you the kind of people Ken, Steve, etc are and of some the shady dealings they have and have had going on. (Disbarment records, lawsuits, shady changing of business names, lots of different entities but similar in names).

 Now !!!! He Claims That We Only Ran 23.322.5 Miles At $1.00 Per Mile ??? I Have Photos Of The Starting Mileage When We Got The Truck, 87833 Before I Left Home Returning There Truck & Empty Trailer To Them On 06/25/18 It Had 133418 On It. Forgot To Take Photo Upon Arriving At There Yard With Police. That's 45.585 Miles If In Fact We Were Paid $1.00 Per Mile As Steven Wrote In His Statement. Then ICS Owes Us A Great Deal Of Money At The Tune Of 22.263 Miles Less Our Drive Home For A 34 Hr. Restart. Or Are They Now Saying I Drove All Those Miles For Personal Use ??? Don't Think So. I am the operations manager at Interstate Container Services.  I am responding to this complaint because it is unfounded and makes false accusations against the owner and slanders the company and its' dispatchers for no reason.  The accusation that Interstate Container Services owes money to Danny Brown is completely baseless and contradicts the hard evidence.  Danny Brown did work for the company, and he did complain often about his pay.  Generally, the complaints revolved around his inability to use modern technology to view his settlements and facilitate his direct deposit.  However, he was a good driver, so we catered to his complaints and even agreed to pay him early every week so he could get his direct deposit sooner.  In the end, we could not satisfy Danny and his wife.  His allegations that our office manager, Sheree, was unable to send proper settlements is completely related to Danny Brown's inability to use email and other apps on his phone.  

The reality is that Danny and his wife worked from March 22 until they were terminated for refusing to run an assigned load and refused to return the truck.  At this time, Danny and his wife drove 23,322.5 miles, they were paid $23,359.49 for their efforts.  When I say that we did everything monetarily we could for Danny, I am not exaggerating.  The owner and dispatch finally got short with Danny because despite paying him and wife a total of a dollar a mile, Danny would still complain.  Mainly about having to receive dispatches and pay electronically.  Danny has a lot experience, but he simply does not like living and driving in the 21st century.  Don't worry about Danny and his wife, they have been paid a lot of money for the contract work they did for Interstate Container Services.

Now I Wish To Set Steve Strait On His Lies. 1st, When We Started On March 21, 2018 I Took A Photo Of The Miles On The Truck At That Time Which Was 87833 When I Left Home To Return The Truck And Trailer After QUITING, Due To Payroll And Settlement Sheet Problems And Dispatch Problems Keeping Our Miles Up Was 133418 Total Miles 45585 As Far As Our Settlement Sheets, If They Had Been Sent, I Would Have Them As I Have The 6 That Were Sent To My Email Address Dates: 04/13/18 - 04/19/18 - 05/25/18 - 06/01/18 - 06/08/18 - 06/14/18 Sheree Never Sent Any Others Or I Would Have Them. We Are Still Owed For Our Last Round Trip, From Oldsmar, FL. Deadhead To Orlando To Pickup A Load To Redmond, OR. Pro # 0020517 - BOL # SL204130436 Picked Up 06/05/18 Unloaded 06/08/18 Deadhead To Vale, OR For Our 34 Hr. Restart And Reloaded In Vale, OR. 06/11/18 To Morrow, Ga. Unloaded 06/13/18 Pro # 0020643 Order # On Bills C260048 According To My 2013 Street & Trips The Complete Round Trip Miles Are 5537 At .64 Cents Per Mile To The Truck .32 Cents Split Per Driver. Which Comes To $3.537.00 Which We Have NOT BEEN PAID FOR OUR LAST TRIP. Never Ever Have We Been Paid $1.00 Per Mile As Steve Stated In His Statement. More Lies From Him. Everyone There Knows From Day 1 That I Kept Detailed Records Of My Career. And Everything We Did, In FACT I Carried My Laptop Into The Office To Go Over Things With Sheree. Once We Are Paid In Full, I Will Not Have Anything Else To Say About This Company Or Anyone That Works There. As Per My Phone Call To The Dept. Of Commerce In Columbus, OH On 06/29/18 They Told Me It Was Federal Since I Carried Loads Across State Lines, For Me To Call The Dept. Of Labor In Columbus As Well As The Better Business Bureau And File With Both. Spoke With The Dept. Of Labor The Person I Spoke With Told Me If I Still Have Not Been Paid 07/06/18 To Call Them Back And They Would Start Helping At That Time.
