I received the box and it did not work (12/2017) after multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded and asked I return the box to an address in India (which shipping costs would be over $85) when I asked them if I could return to Kansas address they refused. I contacted PayPal who attempted to resolve issue but merchant said I had refused to return item.
I then contacted my credit card company after multiple reports they also said the merchant said I refused to return item. I believe this merchant is out to take consumers money knowing the merchandise does not work. I would just like my $100 back and am willing to work with others who have experienced the same with iCoolgadgets.
