Complaint Review: IBC Strategies - Phoenix Arizona

I need to revise my recent complaint whereas I had numerous typos in my previous one.  I'm SO over this nonsense.

I have wasted precious time, resources, filed various formal complaints all in an effort to obtain my $3000 from Effective Design Solutions and my $3500 from IBC Strategies. 

There are points that I need to emphasize here.  Alpha Marketing Group LLC solicited me first to sell me (what I now know is BOGUS) a web site to promote merchant credit card services/ work at home opp to potential people to promote merchant credit services.  Keep in mind, check out there web site- alphamarketinggroup.biz.  They only advertise web site creation services.  No where on their site do they reveal that they have services pertaining to at home income opportunities for consumers. 

Another red flag, Dan Howard with Alpha Marketing Group and Travis Sands, supposedly with Effective Design Solutions both urged me to MAX out my credit card I was using and to call my credit card company to request a credit line increase.  This was pertaining to the purchases I made for FAKE leads that would be sent to my web site.  These guys also inquired as to how many credit cards did I have and what the limits were.

After I made my formal complaints, I contacted Effective Design Solutions via email on July 25, 2017 to request a full refund of my $3000.  Their administration Team Manager replied the next day.  He stated that they were willing to do whatever they could to help with my current situation.  He stated that they had never heard of or had any connection to IWDCC or IBC Strategies.  Okay, point taken.  He also emphasized and contested my complaint of how many times I contacted them.  I have my call log from my cell phone company with their numerous incoming calls and a couple from me.  MY POINT IS THAT THEY SOLICITED ME!!  Jim pointed out that it is certainly commonplace for newcomers to online business to be flooded with calls from various companies, all in an effort for these various companies to sell you their goods and services.  It is then very easy to misunderstand the connections, or lack thereof, between the different companies. 

If Effective Design Solutions are SO reputable with thousands of clients ALL over the world, why the hell did they call ME and solicit their services?  How did they obtain my contact info??  Whether they knew or not that the FRAUDULANT web site created for me by Alpha Marketing Group LLC was Bogus, Effective Design Solutions, IWDCC, and IBC Strategies played a part in this disgusting scam.  They should be ashamed of themselves.  I know from experience as a small business owner myself, various forms of advertising works.  I DON"T SOLICIT VIA TELEPHONE MY SERVICES!!  Bottomline, Effective Design Solutions sold me services that had NO purpose or backing.  So what if my FAKE web site got "13,000" clicks, due to the ad placement, IT DOESN"T LEAD to anything.  You call the number on my site and NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO YOU!!  How can these people sleep at night?  You guys are in the business of deceiving hard-working people!! 

I replied to Jim McDonald and he never replied.  So I know that he had NO intentions of making this right.  If they're SO successful and have ANY decency, they would refund me the $3000.  I just want my money back so I can move on.  I'm in more debt now thanks to ALL 4 entities!!

Karma goes full circle and these foolish people will get what's coming to them!!
