They filed the following rebuttal to the above Rip-Off Report: Their email: [email protected] Their name: The Fraud Chick Their relationship to the company: Consumer Suggestion Rebuttal: You most definitely have an excellent case for small claims. Even if the man did do the work the judge would make him compensate you or fix the computer at no further expense to you. I would not accept the latter as the fraudster may put a virus in your computer for taking him to court. You have an excellent case. Be sure to write out your thoughts clearly and outline everything you laid out here in the ripoff report. Houston, Texas is tricky because you have to be sure to file small claims in the correct precinct. If you file in the wrong precinct then Charles could argue his way out due to incorrect jurisdiction. This is easy to avoid, though, call 713-697-1224 and ask them what precinct to file in. I wouldn't stop there. I would report Charles to the owners of Texaco for operating a business out of their business. That's theft of time from that employer. Not only is he ripping off people like you but he's also stealing time from his employer by conducting personal business on company time-what a guy. Good Luck The Fraud Chick
