6/14/2006 Contacted by Jered Peterson from (213) 291-9673. Jered claimed to work for getestore.com(Universal Banner Networks), a company who I had purchased an online store from about two weeks prior. Jered spoke to me about becoming part of a success team made up of getestore.com store owners from different states. Jered claimed that getestore.com was working with individual store owners 1-on-1, but the time available to join this program was greatly limited due to the fact that they would be making an infomercial within the year and they needed real success story. Jered said a tax deductible investment of 1250$ was needed to join. I asked what exactly does this fee cover? I also asked for more details about the program. Jared stated to me the following information of what or agreement would be:

Agreement

1. Getestore would build new website would be built for me 10x better than the one I currently own.

2. I would be able to use the same domain name that I is currently associated with the getestore.com website that I own.

3. Getestore.com would use the business reputation to allow me to act as one of there distributors, so that I would be able to work with top manufacturers, including Sony, and using a business license I would be able to sell there products.

4. I would be assigned a coach that would guide me through the business development process. I was told the coach would be available to reach by phone at any time that I needed. There were also weekly phone meetings to be scheduled with the coach.

5. I would receive computer software that would be essential to managing tax information as well as other programs useful for improving my business.

6. A service agreement that I had to sign and return

7/6/2007 I called Jered at (866) 996-9249 and told him that I was ready to join. At this time he said that he needed my billing information to check to see if I had the funds available. I gave him the accounts for 1st Financial and AmSouth bank. The fee was $1135, and this fee was divided between the two accounts, so he said he would check 1st Financial for $988 and AmSouth for $147. A package including the service agreement papers, would be sent to me within 3-4 days, and after I signed and return the papers I would be billed. Also my buisness coach would contact me within 48hrs.

7/10/2007 My account was charged $1135

7/12/2007 Around 12:00, I was contacted (801) 000-000 by a secretary(Amanda), who asked me when did I want to schedule my coaching sessions. The time was set for Thursday 1:30pm est. and my coach would be Dan Patterson. At this time I was told my meeting would be only 30min

Later that day I contacted Jared, and inquired to why I had not received the papers I was to sign. He told me he was surprised that I had not already received the package, and that I would probably receive it today.

7/13/2007 I was contacted by my assigned coach Dan Patterson at about 1:45(late) He told me he didn't have much time and asked if he could call me back at 5:00. At about 5:10 Dan called me back. He said I was scheduled for 4 sessions.(not in agreement see #4). He also asked me what did I want to sell. I was puzzled at this because I was told he would be building me a new store based on the merchandise in the getestore that I currently own. I told Dan I thought they were going to just improve the design of my old store. Dan said we have nothing to do with getestore. After this I was quite and Dan continued to speak. He directed me to www.depotbuilder.com, the site where my website was to be built and instructed me to pay the $29.95 fee, so I would not get locked out of the site.(Did not pay, was not in agreement) He told me I would be building my site(not in agreement, see #1), and he would coach me through it at our meetings once a week. Also he told me that I would NOT be able to use my existing domain name($9.95), and to purchase another.(not in agreement see #2) After this he told me he was running out and gave me some tips to choosing a new domain name. He asked me if I had any questions (perplexed by learning about the service I was actually receiving) I only asked him what number could I reach him, he gave me the number (866) 579-1742 ext.4218.

Later I called Jered at (866) 996 9249 to discuss the discrepancies in what I was told I would receive and what I just learned. I was told by the secretary( Amy) that he was busy so I left a message with Amy. I was told Jered would call me back. This was around 4:00 after an hr. my call was no return and I called back several times after in intervals from 30min-hr. I was either told he was at lunch or on the phone, also I called his office (213) 291 9673 and could not reach him.

At around 7:00pm est I called I D I (866) 996 9249 (5pm pst). I spoke to the secretary Amanda to get clarification about what I supposed to receive, and I asked her if she knew how much the service cost. She said she did not know.

7/14/2006 I attempted to contact Jered again, was given the run-around by the secretary many times and was unsuccessful in reaching Jered.

Convinced I had been a victim of fraud, I contacted I D I and told the secretary that I would like a refund due to the discrepancy between the agreement and the service. I was told that I would need to speak to Steve Bulpitt. He was not available that day, and I was told I would be given a call on the following business day.

7/17/2006 I was contacted by Steve Bulpitt, the manager of the billing dept, from (801) 362 4508. He asked me what was I told I would receive. I told him about the program I was pitched by Jered. He assured me that they worked closely with getestore and he would handle my account personally. I told him that I was lied to since learned about a similar scam involving getestore. I told him I was highly unsatisfied with the business etiquette of getestore, and I then asked for a refund.

7/20/2006 I was contacted by Dan Patterson, my assigned coach at 1:55pm. He said he tried to contact me earlier, but was not able to due to reception problems. I inquired to why he was contacting me when Steve agreed to refund me. He said he didn't know. I contacted I D I and asked to speak to Steve, I was asked to identify myself, then I was told he was not available. I asked if there was another number I could contact him by I was told no.(although I had the (801) # Steve used to contact me). Later I called (801) 362 4508 and was sent to voicemail multiple times. Minutes later I called from a computer number (000) 000 000. He quickly answered, I identified my self, and told him I was contacted by the coach Dan. He said he thought my case had already been settled, then he reassured me that I would be refunded.

7/21/2006 I called Steve (801) 362 4508 and asked when would I be refunded, he said 2-3 days.

7/26/2006 Reported events to Bank

8/10/06 I never received a refund from I D I nor Getestore

Don't be fooled by comradely like sales pitch and claims that they are 100% dedicated to you and your success, because once they get your billing information customer support may become near non existent(it was in my case). BE CAREFUL OF GETESTORE AND THEIR AFFILIATES !
